Here at SynchroLife, Inc. (“LivedoorGourmet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we believe your privacy is very important. To fulfill our commitment to respect and protect your privacy while using our web and mobile application services, we will adhere to the following Privacy Policy.

- About Data Collection
The data LivedoorGourmet collects for purposes listed in Article 2 of this Privacy Policy includes the following.
(1) Information LivedoorGourmet Collects from Users
a. Name, date of birth, gender
b. Identifying personal information such as address, telephone number, account information (including email address and password), and nickname.
c. Credit card information
d. With Facebook Connect,LivedoorGourmet may collect data accessible after you enter your Facebook ID and password including name, nickname, email address, Facebook ID, date of birth, gender, profile picture, and Facebook friend information.
(2) Data Collected When Using LivedoorGourmet
LivedoorGourmet may collect the following data, regardless of if it includes personal information.

b. Information you post in LivedoorGourmet including posts, photographs, comments, and ratings.

You may delete your account at any time by choosing “Delete Account” on the “Contact Support” page inside the settings of our mobile application or by contacting us through the “Contact Support” page inside the settings of our mobile application and telling us you wish to delete your account. Please note that we will not be able to restore your account once it has been deleted. After your account is deleted, your personal information will be deleted, and any content you have contributed to our service will be removed from public view and/or disassociated from your account. - Personal Information & Credit Card Information Used for Payments
We outsource the processing of credit card payments to payment companies. When needed we may provide a User’s personal information to these outsourced companies to the extent necessary. In such cases, we will form a contract with these companies and appropriately supervise their use of the information. The credit card information entered into our service (including credit card number, expiration date, and security code) will be stored in the system of the payment companies, and We do not hold any credit card information.
- Regarding Cookies
We, and third parties with whom we partner, may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, local storage, advertising identifiers (including identifiers such as Apple’s IDFA or Google’s Advertising ID) and similar technology (“Cookies”) in our mobile application, website, and emails. These Cookies may transmit information about you and your use of our service, including but not limited to your browser type, search preferences, IP address, advertisements shown and advertisement activity, and the time of your use of our Service. These Cookies may be persistent or may be stored only during an individual session using our service.

Note Regarding Translation
The above Privacy Policy may be translated into other languages for the convenience of the User. Nevertheless, the Japanese language version governs the Users’ relationship with SynchroLife, Inc. and the LivedoorGourmet service. Any inconsistencies among the different versions will be resolved in favor of the Japanese language version of the Privacy Policy. The Japanese language Privacy Policy can be accessed here (link).
